Taking time to unwind shouldn’t be complicated. That belief is the heart of Handmade By Jodie, a natural, premium self-care brand offering a collection of weighted eye pillows and neck wraps that make everyday relaxation effortless. 

Jodie’s path grew out of a lifetime in wellness, movement and hands-on care. With over two decades of experience as a Pilates Instructor and beauty therapist, she understands exactly where tension sits in the body and what it takes for deep, restorative rest. 

Combining that knowledge with a lifelong love for sewing, she began creating self-care products to help people relax naturally. Every eye pillow and neck wrap is made in Cape Town using natural materials and presented in recyclable packaging: intentional relief right when you need it most.
